We perform all professional management and administrative support services, organize and run the annual conference and trade show, publish the NCSFA newsletter, and manage the web site ( http://www.ncsfa.net ).

National Association of Fleet Administrators (NAFA), where we supply technical and administrative support and assist in the development and management of the Certified Automotive Fleet Manager (CAFM) educational program. We also design publications and training materials for NAFA. Additionally, Mercury has conducted high-profile market research studies for NAFA. Subjects include an analysis of employer versus employee provision of business cars and benchmarking for public sector fleets.
