Taking a Collaborative, Team Approach |

Our consultants help determine
objectives for various plan components. This enables clients to see
whether they are performing their functions effectively.
In our collaborative process, we encourage business planning team
members to use SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats)
analysis to rate the importance and soundness of current management
and operating practices within each functional area.
When the planning process identifies opportunities for improvement,
Mercury consultants will review opportunity and the rationale for
the solution. We help to establish the priorities and sequence for
carrying out the improvements, along with the action plan,
milestones, deliverables, and responsibility assignments for each
item.
Mercury can also assist the planners in reaching agreements with key
stakeholders on making the improvements deemed necessary during the
plan development process.
In addition to working with clients who are engaged in fleet
management, Mercury has also consulted with companies in their
development of business plans for entering new market segments,
raising investment capital, and marketing their products and
