Maintenance, Repair and Support Plan
  

Mercury Associates, Inc.'s professional fleet management consultants provide management operations with emergency support services for its application hosting platform 24 hours each day / 7 days a week.  The planned maintenance of the platform is performed every Sunday afternoon (1:00 PM - 6:00 PM Central Time). Occasionally planned maintenance is performed during the standard work week - however, users are typically notified 24 hours before maintenance commences.  Our maintenance services include the following activities:

a. Application installation and testing;

b. Anti-virus protection;

c. Data and application backups;

d. User account administration;

e. System upgrades;

f. Application version testing;

g. System availability and usage tracking; and

h. Professional consultant audits.

 

Maintenance is included in the Application Subscription Fees

Statement of Guarantee
Mercury Associates provides its clients the OEM guarantee for all non-Mercury developed software. Software developed by Mercury will be supported for a period not to exceed 3 year at the listed monthly maintenance fee after a product is discontinued.
