In an effort to simplify the process of
contracting with us to obtain management consulting services and business
solutions, Mercury Associates, Inc. participates in a variety of
standing contracts and cooperative purchasing programs. These
programs, in which we have been selected to participate through
competitive procurement or pre-qualification processes, allow
government agencies to procure our services without having to issue
their own requests for proposals or bids.
The following are state-wide and nationwide contracts under which
Mercury Associates currently is an authorized vendor. Please contact
us for additional information on contractual vehicles that you may
be able to use to procure our services.

Information Systems Vendor |
|
The purpose of the Certified Information Systems Vendor (CISV)
Purchasing Program is to allow for qualified entities in the State of
Texas (state agencies and local governments) to purchase information
systems products and / or consulting services in an efficient, cost
effective, and competitive procurement method. Moreover, the program
allows other government agencies throughout the United States to use the
CISV Program to sole source services and solutions.

State of Ohio
State Term Schedule |
|
The State Term Schedule (STS) program is a
contractual vehicle administered by the Ohio Department of
Administrative Services (DAS) that allows State agencies and local
governments to contract with vendors, like Mercury Associates, Inc. The
STS program allows these entities to purchase products and services on a
predefined, fixed pricing schedule for the next several years.
