Position Title: Program Manager I, Fleet Management
Location: Seattle, Washington
Salary range: $55,000 - $65,000 per year
This position is for a not-for-profit organization whose mission is to
create employment opportunities for persons with severe disabilities
through contracts for services and products with the federal government.
This is a professional position in the Northwest Regional Office working
within the Business Development Team on the Fleet Management Initiative.
The position will work within a Team Structure and work as a partner
with another professional position for assigned projects. Further, the
position involves travel throughout the United States for up to half
time.
Candidate needs to fully understand the fleet management industry,
quality control program requirements, government quality assurance
requirements, and be able to assist others in establishing effective
programs to meet the requirements. Experience in Fleet Management
commercial operations, business development, service delivery, service
operations, or service price and costing is highly desirable. Experience
in Quality Management and Federal Government Marketplace is a plus.
Analytical skills and math aptitude are necessary. Proven experience in
handling multiple priorities, as well as success with a varying and
complex project workload is required.
Minimum qualifications are BS/BA degree plus 7 years related experience.
