User Name and Password

Mercury.Net is a secure web portal that allows authorized users to access leading business solutions. The first step in being able to access these tools is to have a valid user account and password.

System Requirements

In order to login to Mercury.Net you must have a computer that meets the following requirements

	Windows 95 or higher
	Internet Explorer 5.1 SP2 or higher or Netscape Navigator 6.x or higher
	Internet access

NOTE: Mercury.Net utilizes 128 bit encryption for security.

Assuming that your computer meets the following requirements, you should now be able to login to the platform. You can do this by clicking on the login link in the upper right-hand corner or below.

Login for Windows XP

Windows XP is a bit different from previous versions of Windows, because it requires users to connect using a user account and fully qualified domain name (i.e. username@mercury-assoc.com). Once you have your user name and password you can login to the platform by simply:

Type your user name in to login prompt and add '@mercury-assoc.com' to the end of it. So your login name would look like jdoe@mercury-assoc.com.

Next type in your password.

Click OK.

Windows 95, 98, ME, and Windows 2000

Logging into Mercury.Net with Windows 95, 98, ME, and Windows 2000 requires a username, password, and domain. The user name and password is unique for each person. However, the domain will be mercury-assoc for everyone. Once you have your user name and password you can login to the platform by simply:

	Type in user name
	Type in password
	Type in mercury-assoc into the Domain field.
	Click OK
