and NAFA: A Strong Team in Professional Certification |
|
Mercury has an extensive working
relationship with the National Association of Fleet Administrators (NAFA).
Our consultants have assisted NAFA in developing NAFA’s Certified
Automotive Fleet Manager (CAFM) program and Fleet Management
Seminar.

NAFA's Fleet Management Seminar is
designed for fleet professionals in the early stages of their
careers. The seminar incorporates many elements of the CAFM program,
with topics such as policies and procedures; fleet organization and
responsibility; acquisition and disposal; maintenance and
technology; and safety and accident management.
Mercury consultants teach in the NAFA certification programs and aid
in curriculum design and case study development. We also work with
NAFA to promote its educational products in other ways via our
leading presence in the industry, such as through our work with
clients, presentations, and articles in the trade and business
press.
Mercury has also assisted other professional groups in specialized
segments within the fleet industry. We have developed programs and
curricula to meet these groups’ needs for professional development,
as well as to help them identify individuals with exceptional
knowledge of the practices and principles required within the
respective industry segments. |
