Department of Administrative Services

The STS Program is a State of Ohio cooperative purchasing program that is sponsored by administered by the Department of Administrative Services (DAS). The Program serves as a contractual vehicle for government agencies (i.e. State agencies and local government) and school districts to contract with vendors, like Mercury Associates, Inc., without a Request for Proposals (RFP) or bids.

 

The program has proven to be a very efficient mechanism for public sector agencies to procure goods and services from qualified vendors.
